Collaboration:
Creating strong communities through participation in the planning and coordinating of the continuum of services for families experiencing homelessness on a regional level.

Family:
Promoting the strength of families through identifying and achieving goals and dreams.

Partnerships and collaboration are the way to end homelessness. This problem is so complex and complicated that one organization can’t do it alone. We honor the people who stand with us to end the cycle of homelessness.
